"Terrible. Both my mother and I have been trying to contact the pharmacy from 10 a.m to
almost 530 p.m to no avail. After work I went in to collect my 72 year old mother's prescription, stood in line for over 20 minutes only to be told the prescription was not ready yet (even though they've had the prescription sent to them since Thursday, today is Tuesday.) I expressed to the representative that we've been calling all day and that I just wasted time coming here and standing in line, and her response to me was "apparently". I will discontinue shopping and using rite aid because
this is unacceptable."
