Never seen one. My '06 (and I do not think the bumper has changed) just had 2 little dimples indicating where to drill and screw. I added a clear lexan guard over the plate. · toto

Yep... there is no bracket. The dimples are designed for self-tapping 6mm screws that are 16 to 24 mm long (just under an inch). Be careful not to overtighten the screws.

Front plate holder I picked up my 2012 about a week ago and I was tld they have not shipped them yet, and that i would have to wait for them to come in, and that the 2011 and the old would not fit. I am also waiting for the TRD air intake kit, I was told that was being engineered and would be in around June.

My truck doesn't have one either. Just flush mounts on the bumper. But, I think they might be available. When my wife got hit by a
tire tread on the freeway it damaged her license plate. The body shop quoted a replacement license plate mount. Might want to call a body shop. I would imagine they are all pretty universal in that they probably just bolt onto where our plate does originally, but protect the bumper a little better and make the install look a bit cleaner.
