"I grew up in Pasadena and used to bring my kids here 7th grade and younger. We left in 2004 to Dallas. I'm visiting family in the area and shopping near here today and I started feeling nostalgic and HAD to come in solo. It is still the SAME feel as it was in 2004. FRESH salad ingredients. Taco/nacho bar. Chili n all the fixins. Hot soups. GREAT service with SMILES from the young people (that's a BIG DEAL to me these days!) and when I got a whiff of the fresh baked breads and saw the Strawberry shortcake, it just gave me all the feels :D it's worth the extra few dollars 8 years later ;) AND you can sign up before you get here on their website and get $3 off your first visit. They'll ask you for you phone# for that. Great job management. Keep it up!"

  "Forage has moved to a big and nice place (rustic look). Unusual setting because it is on the second floor. They offer practically no parking but there were lots of open metered parking during my visit (on a weekday lunch). Service is still very nice and efficient (special shout-out to Dustin). And the food of course is still delicious. In summary, my favorites are: 1) Salmon Bowl (sauce on the side) 2) Kale salad 3) Flank Steak (with chimichurri sauce) I still wish they would bring back the Chicken Adobo."
