Blond Brilliance Perfect Blond Ammonia Free Toner is a crème toner that contains: Acai Extract, Papaya Extract, Mango oil, Coconut Oil and Wheat Proteins to nourish, moisturize, soften, condition and helps protect hair during a chemical service.

How long do you keep blonde brilliance on your hair for?

Apply a small amount of desired color to a few select strands. Process for 20-40 minutes depending on the level of color intensity desired, rinse and evaluate for accurate results.

Can I use Blonde Brilliance toner on wet hair?

Apply to wet hair. Leave in hair for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse. Use Cool Blonds Lathering Toner as much as needed to counteract unwanted warm undertones.

How long do you leave Blond Brilliance Platinum toner on?
