Travelled with partner 22 Sept 2022 When I checked in the Hotel Staff advised me that my room wasn’t ready yet but that another room was available on the first floor on the end. The room ended up being on the first floor next to the Exit/Stairwell. We heard noise at all times. Also, a service man was fixing on the fire alarm during the morning time while we still trying to slam and I we could hear was banging. Stayed

called Expedia they had the reservations for 2 rooms, so he called Christina directly. Christina then told him I never gave her my husband's name, which was a direct lie, then said she found the reservation. When I reminded her I had given both names, she said she didn't hear me - even though in front of my niece, she asked me to spell his name 3 times. She was then very miserable to me.
