This microwave is horrible. The touch buttons are so sensitive you change the settings just by brushing your hand by them when you grab the handle to open the door.The wiring to the control panel on the door severed in our unit after only 2 years of use. Poor craftsmanship led to sharp edges on the plastic housing on the door. Even with the abrasion guard over the wires it wore right through, cutting the wires and rendering our 2 year old microwave a $560 piece of crap wall decoration.Q due to the

Has all the features you would need, everything fine until two days ago. Stopped working after 2 years. Awaiting repairman $116.00 just to visit my home. Warranty is for one year, have had for 2 years. Repair estimate possibly $250.00 minus visit cost. Hefty sum considering initial out lay. Normally I don't get warranty extensions, wish I had on this one. 5 stars for features, 1 star for longevity for 3 star average.

Several things to be aware of: First, it is really big. If you put this over your stove be sure to measure carefully. It is very big and significantly reduced the distance between the stove top and the bottom of the microwave. Second, the microwave portion of the unit failed within a few weeks of the three year mark of owning it. This was the worst longevity of any appliance I've ever purchased. Third, the vent fan made a lot of noise but never really created any real suction. Finally, the door hinge swings out beyond the edge of the unit so you cannot install it next to a wall (on the left side).

I was excited to receive this product, but after we opened the box, we found a damaged microwave. The front panel was coming apart and it was dented on the side as if somebody had dropped it off of the truck. I was so disappointed. However I should have known after reading all of the reviews. My only concern is that all of my other appliances are Frigidaire and they are doing well, and I want all of my appliances to match. Sad

Very nice, lots of options, very quiet compared to what it replaced. easily installed, 2 hrs. including removing old one.
will have to wait for durability, less than a week since install. Very quick and safe shipment, arrived in good condition.
Looking forward to many years of use.

2016 brand new home with this microwave. lasted 2 years. purchased another one. lasted 1.5 years
I prefer all of our appliances to match so purchasing another one without the convection and see what happens.

This microwave is very quiet, almost too quiet. It heats and cooks great! The two levels of lighting and 4 level fan are also very useful.
