Meaning it's minimum rating of 700cca (cold cranking amps) to be deemed good are now in the 400cca. It being in the grey area of actually turning over enough it may crank. It looks just like one of those USB flashlights with a single 18650, but it must have some kind of high c-rate LiPo battery instead (the rc car type). I'm very curious what's actually going on in there.
