This time, as we walked into the room, it smelled of dog, mildew and mold. My wife is asthmatic and breathing in this room was difficult. The hotel was
booked and we could not change rooms due to capacity. Asked for a non-accessible room and we got a accessible room. Nothing was good about this stay! The front desk was not well staffed at our arrival.
The young woman was left there did not know what she was doing. She could not find a key card to program to get us into our room. She tried to charge me for a second time for the room.
