How to connect mobile hotspot to hp laptop windows 10

Problem is with Mobile Hotspot on my laptop, in terms that when I turn it ON it shares connection via WiFi from my Ethernet cable to my mobile phone, BUT then I don't have internet access on my laptop.I've been using for a year Mobile Hotspot on my HP laptop for connecting my phone to internet thorugh Ethernet wired connection. *(don't ask me why I don't connect through modem etc, I don't have wireless).
Since last week, my Mobile Hotspot on laptop stopped working properly. When I turn ON Mobile Hotspot, and share as usually internet through my Ethernet connection - my mobile phone HAS internet and is properly connected, BUT my laptop LOSES access to the internet (by that I mean any app can't access internet, and Chrome browser partially).

Here detailed problem, please if anyone has a clue or suggestion how to fix this?.PLEASE HELP ... ?!
It started after I got infected by malware when downloading some program and removed it, and then came up WIndows update KB5014699 on 17th june, which I installed. *(yeah, all cr*p in one day). After that isntallation and restart of computer Hotspot won't work as before. I guess that there are security problems after Windows update, which messes up my internet connection properties.

My Mobile Hotspot can be turned ON, and I can connect my mobile phone just as before. And on phone, I can access the internet. BUT my laptop doesn't have internet access, as a host. Even if Ethernet works perfectly and shows that it is sharing the connection. Also WiFi is turned on, and everything is on first glance looking like funcionating perfectly. But no connection on laptop.

When I try accessing the internet from the browser, when the Hotspot is turned ON, I can access only Google search and Youtube. Other websites won't load, and it says ''ERROR> THE CONNECTION WAS RESET.

Also when I troubleshoot Incomming connections (Connect to Chrome) it says "Security Policy or Firewall might block the connection". Filter which reports that is named> NatAlePortFilter.

Or when I troubleshoot again Internet connection while Hotspot is on and I try to enter some website from laptop, it says that ''Network security settings might need to be adjusted to allow Windows to connect''. I turned off my Firewall, and Microsoft Defender. Still the same situation. Tried allowing Chrome through Firewall whitelist - still same.

Checked in Shared properties under my Ethernet adapter sharing through all ports that were listed there (from 1700 till..). Still no change. Also other apps on laptop don't have internet access (tried CCleaner to see if any updates are out for programs, but it shows no connection, and Last.fm scrobbler won't show info on listened artists).

I noticed that - whenever I click on Etherenet adapter Properties, on tab Sharing it isn't checked in! But on Adapter it shows that connection is ''Shared''. And when I thick it in again and save and close Properties window, by clicking adapter properties again I see that it isn't checked, but still under adapter it is written that it is shared connection to my Hotspot.

Meanwhile, when I try to reset Hosted Network via CMD Administrator run, the same info shows on driver - Hosted network supported > NO.

I don't remember what was my previous driver but it wasn't named like I see it is now nor the wifi network was optioned like now for me after the WIndows update.

In Device Manager, I can see a Wireless driver and in the hidden option Microsoft wifi direct virtual adapter.

But still, cmd shows > Hosted network supported> NO.

And I can't start Hosted Network via cmd.

In device manager, I see: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 (so it;s driver, and it doesn't say ''adapter''), and when I try to update it from the computer and not automatically 3 options are showing> 2 named Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 (Intel), and 3rd one named Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 (Microsoft).

Then when I click > show hidden devices> jumps out 2 more: Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter, and, Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter. On those two when I try to update from computer too, I can't see any other version, just one named the same as those drivers per each.

When I click to update any of these versions from the computer, nothing changes. still in cmd shows Hosted network supported > NO

Also for both networks (Ethernet and Hotspot one) it says OPERATIONAL, so appears both work but some problem exists to allow both to funcionate simulataneously. *(network gateway is problem I assume right?) Can someone help?

I tried rollingback drivers, uninstalling, updating, resetting network, IP address, Proxy is on AUTO, Setting network services on automatic and start-running, turning off Power management, Setting wireless maximum performance in Power mode, clearing computer with Malwarebies and ESET, Restoro... nothing changed. SOmething still blocks internet access on host device while phone has normal internet access from laptop's hotspot.

On top of that - seems I can't uninstall that cursed update, since when I try to uninstall it be it from COntrol panel be it from cmd command it shows error and doesn't uninstall.

Can someone help the cause please?

I am drained for wasting a week on this cr*p literally and my work is falling apart cause I depend on Mobile Hotspot (using simultaneously laptop+mobile phone)

Using Windows 10 21H2. Hp Elitebook.
*(I don't have Microsoft account so can't ask on official Microsoft site, and not that I would get any answer there anyway, they don't work at all efficiently...)
