A Live Photos is a great feature of Apple’s major iPhone model. It is a unique camera feature to create wonderful live Wallpaper. Step 1: Select a Live Photo in the Photo Album on iPhone

Open the Photo app > tap “Albums” and scroll down to “Live Photos” on Media Types > tap the Live Photo you want to turn into a GIF.
