Setting Up Auto Pay on Multi Line AccountsYou can only use one credit or debit card for Auto Pay, so the card you use to set it up will be charged for the entire account’s amount due each month. This includes the plans and features for all lines on your account. Updating Your Card on FileWhen the credit or debit card you are using for Auto Pay nears its expiration, you will be notified via text message. To update the card information or switch to a different credit or debit card, log in to your account, visit Account Summary and select Change Auto Pay Preferences. Alternately, you may select Payments from the menu, then scroll to the bottom and select Change Auto Pay Preferences. Follow the prompts to update your Auto Pay card. If you do not update your card information before the card expires, you will need to make manual payments to avoid an interruption in service. Setting up Auto Pay helps keep your payments on track and your accounts active. How to Turn Off Auto PayYou can turn off Auto Pay online in My Account or in the myCricket app. Just look for the Auto Pay “off” link on the Account Summary page or on the home screen of the app. Follow the steps to turn off Auto Pay.
