Currently, users are not required to link a Google account to their Tenor account and all Tenor functionality is still available to users without linking to Google. However, sometime in 2021, access to Tenor’s full suite
of features will require a Google account. Linking enables Google Sign-In, providing you with improved access to your Tenor account, favorite content, and uploads on all Tenor apps. Please reach out at and provide us with the username of your Tenor profile and the email address of your Google account so that we can initiate the unlinking process for you. Facebook Login is no longer supported, but if you set a password on your
Tenor profile, you can login with your username/password combination. You can begin the password reset process by clicking here or from the iOS app Sign In flow. Once you have set your password, return to the login screen and use the “Sign in with Username” option. Be sure to enter your Tenor profile username or Facebook email address in the username prompt. Tenor GIF Keyboard iOS app users can terminate their Tenor account within the in-app Settings menu. If you have an iOS device, please open the 'GIF Keyboard' app, then navigate to ‘settings’ by going to your profile and pressing the gear icon. Press the ‘Delete Account’ option, once confirmed, your account should be deleted within 24 hours.Account Management
