Island MargaritaBath & Body Works Scent Notes: Sweet mandarin, island mango, sea salt It's a little too sweet for me. Mango is tricky. I want it fresh, not sweet. I couldn't detect much salt. I love to drink margaritas on the rocks, but this candle is lacking the citrus tartness of the actual cocktail. Island Margarita’s most prominent scent reminds me of canned mandarin oranges, which I don’t love. The candle is quite sweet and is not salty at all. It doesn’t smell like a traditional lime margarita (there is no lime note). It was too cloying at the end. I wouldn’t purchase again Throw Score: 10/10 This is one of my absolute favorite candles. What does a margarita candle smell like?The intoxicating scent of sunny mandarin, sweet mango and juicy plum with a freshly salted rim. That sounds pretty delicious to me and unusual. Most margarita scents are mostly comprised of Lime, not mandarin or plum.
