friends and I stayed for my husbands birthday,their room had mold behind pictures & on the wall.(Room [Link Redacted] rooms bathro floor was dirty,I took a rag to it and it was [Link Redacted] fridge wasnt working & maintenance "fixed" it but it still didnt work.(225)

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Raul at the front desk. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We liked that this hotel offered a shuttle to Universal and it was convenient that tickets were sold at the concierge.

We were surprised there was not a safe in our room which would have been nice to lock up personal items, but this was not a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
