Lodge of 4 seasons lake of the ozarks

While the room (bathroom) was maybe not as clean as I would hope for, it wasn't nasty. But all the staff encountered were super friendly and helpful! That goes a long way!

We have always loved going to the Lodge, we were on the 4fTh floor. There was an odor of Mold in our room and in the Hallway. Our room was clean but I woke in the night smelling Mold. We did not have air condition on. Due to temperature outdoors. Got up to put it on just to move the air.

Staff was not very friendly when we checked in. Room was dirty with what looked like blood stains on the floor next to the bed. Black mold all around the tub. Saturday when we went back to our room our door keys would not work. Left this morning sick I am sure due to the black mold. Not very happy!!!!

Dirty, the mirror had food smeared on it. The telephone did not work. We had to call on our personal phone because the shower would not come on. They said oh it sticks sometimes, just pound on it. So they knew it was broke. No ice conveniently located. Smelled like mold. The room does not look at all like the picture. More like a run down motel on the side of the road

Two points - the AC works great!! My husband and I got in late from a concert and went straight to bed. However, we froze all night long and whomever made our bed did an outstanding job - you were NOT going to get the blankets off that bed. And come morning we discovered our thermostat was set to 65, and it definitely kept up! Overall we had a good one night stay.

Had a blast on a quick "lets get out of town" mini vacay. 4 pool options. Only downside is the boat rentals were a bit pricey. Found better and more affordable across the lake.

Staff super friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little outdated and did not have a mini fridge. But the area that it was located in was nice and close to everything and we had a nice view of the lake from our room
