Can you use anti seize instead of brake grease?

Anti-seize is used to help prevent bolts from rusting or seizing up. Brake grease is used to make sure that the metal part of the brake pad is lubricated properly to prevent the pad from binding or catching on the slides. So it is better to use brake grease for the pads. Just don't apply any to the pad surface!!!
