Don't go on vacation and leave your poor pup at home. RVA is proud to offer numerous vacation rental properties all along the Gulf Coast of Florida that will consider pets. If you intend to bring your pet, you must receive approval prior to reserving a unit. In order to keep our vacation units in top shape for future guests, we do require an additional per-pet cleaning fee with each pet friendly reservation.

Featuring 10 waterfront cottages on one of America’s top beaches, Changing Tides is a very pet-friendly motel where guests can really enjoy “old Florida.”  Only one block to sugar-sand and two blocks from the famed Johns Pass Village, Changing Tides accepts pets of all sizes and may be with you along the waterfront, the patio, and on the docks, off-leash, just like they would be at home.

Clarion Inn & Suites

The tropical setting at the Clarion Inn & Suites wins over business and leisure guests traveling with kids and pets. Make a splash in the family pool, kiddie pool or jacuzzi while enjoying a beverage from the popular Bayside Bar and Grill. For just $20 a night, two pets weighing 70 pounds or less can stay in your room.

The Don CeSar

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and named a historical monument by the National Archives, The Don CeSar is as rich in luxury as it is in history. And pets aren't left out of the luxe: For a fee of $45 a night, the hotel offers gourmet room service menus for cats and dogs prepared by an award-winning Master Chef and creature comforts like bedding, leashes, collars, litter boxes (and litter), pooper scoopers and poop bags, dog-walking routes, placemats, water bowls and treats. Sea Breeze Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn

Nestled in the quaint town of Gulfport across the street from the sandy beaches of the Boca Ciega Bay, the Sea Breeze Manor Bed & Breakfast Inn features luxurious tropical themed suites and cottages with large private indoor sitting areas and private balconies or patios with bay and/or tropical garden view. The Manor was deemed a Best Romantic Hotel finalist by USA Today/Rand McNally. Pets are treated lovingly too. They'll accommodate two small dogs (under 25 pounds) in one of the cottages for no extra fee; just be sure to arrange in advance with the innkeeper.

All units at Island Paradise Cottages have a living room with a fully outfitted kitchen in addition to the bedroom(s) and bath. Dogs are more than welcome to stay here - just seek approval in advance and keep your dog leashed on the property. The facility provides poop pick-up bags and a complete listing of dog-friendly destinations and local dog services, from sitters to vets.

The Camelot Resort is located in Clearwater's breathtaking North Beach only ½ block from the Gulf. Enjoy a lush tropical setting, world famous sunsets, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Pets on leashes are most welcome.

Hyatt Place St. Petersburg, Downtown

Located nearby the new St. Pete Pier, Hyatt Place in downtown St. Pete is pet-friendly with a fee of $75 for up to six nights. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs for one dog, or two dogs for 75 lbs. Hotel amenities include 24/7 food service, spacious rooms, an rooftop pool and a fitness center.
