The first time I visited their site it was as easy as to book a movie ticke online. I had hired a car from Mumbai to Pune. ( Toyota Innova ) and guess I got it at a discount rate of just Rs.2000/- all inclusive. Then after arriving at the hotel the drive offered me a self drive option that they provide as my stay was for a week & decided to go by a small car. The car we got was a Maruti Swift it was all at my comfort. All thanks to the management of the Pinewoods. They helped me by payments via Credit Card. Everything was possible just at a Phone Call & at an ease!!

In the website its asking for a security code.Points to share: 1. A mobile charger would be very helpful inside the car. 2. While delivering or picking up the car, a ID card of the person would help.

I had a very good overall experience with my recent car rental through SelfDrive.To start with, the process of booking the car was quite simple and easy. On arrival at Pinewoods office to pick up the car, the staff was very courteous, and had all the papers and the car ready. It took me less than 5 minutes between arriving at the office and driving away with the car. The car itself was very clean and well-maintained, and I had no trouble whatsoever with the car.The processing of returning the car was equally pleasant and quick. Pune doesn’t have a culture of self-drive rentals. We must have called about 5-6 companies in the city and only Self Drive.in ( PINEWOODS CARS ) had something. We wanted a small car. But since it was a weekend and we needed a car the next morning, a small car was not available and we had to settle for a Tavera. Everything went off smoothly: from the information to the reservation, from the collection of the car to the drop off. We never faced a problem. And when we did create a problem of our own making, Self Drive was perceptive enough to help us out. For example, we got lost getting out of Pune. And Self Drive, which gave us Android based GPS Navigation With Google Maps, guided us out. Likewise, getting back in the city. The car itself was great. We faced no issues whatsoever. Even after a lifetime of driving small cars, an SUV felt fine. Most of all, what we appreciated was Self Drive.in was there whenever we needed it. For example, we had a flight to catch that night and we were late and unfamiliar with Pune roads. Self Drive arranged a driver for us and dropped us off. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, the experience and the people. The next time we need a self-drive rental, Self Drive.in would be up there.

The experience of hiring self driven cab from your company was really a good one and different in India. The processing was smooth and strict on the company\'s policy. The car was well maintained and did not give any problem while in the travels. Even the photo taken of body scratches was also a professional to avoid later on dispute.
