My Rift S was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago, for some reason I get the error that "Sensors can't track headset" when trying to setup it up. I'm fairly certain that it's software-related, as my cables seem to be connecting just fine and the actual headset turns on but only displays three loading dots in a grey area. I've tried pretty much every solution I could find, and going into the setup logs I've found an error that: Show
"System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'DaybreakNative.dll' is denied." I have tried disabling Windows Security, re-installing the oculus software a couple of times (with deleting all folders/files related to oculus before re-install), ensuring that any anti-virus software fully closed and making sure that my drivers are up to date, but nothing has worked. Unless there is a solution that I've missed, I'm stumped. Sorry about having to post this, I'm sure there have been many different posts about Rift S errors like this; I just can't seem to find a solution. Make sure your Rift and USB drivers are up to date. The sensor should be plugged into a USB 3.0 (blue) port. Plug in your sensor from a different USB port if you have a different USB port. Make sure your PC is set up to restart the Oculus app. Check to see if the most recent oculus drivers are installed. Table of contents
