Rose All Day is a half duplex located right on West Ocean Drive in Key Colony Beach. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with dockage & Cabana Club access.

Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the main living area. 65in flat screen TV in the living room. There are also sliders off the living area to gaze over inch beach to the Atlantic. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bath and 65in flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two twins. There is a pull out couch in the living room for an extra guest. Both bedrooms have sliders to the balcony overlooking the canal. There are two gas grills, one on the upstairs balcony and then one downstairs as well. Upstairs balcony that faces West Ocean drive has a full seating area then downstairs you have an other full living space, dining area and flat screen TV. Downstairs you will also find a storage room for all of your fishing or diving gear.

Extra amenities: bait freezer, beach toys, beach chairs, paddle boards, outdoor bar, & so much more!

Wood step down dock that can handle up to a 26′ boat (the dock is 30′). Cabana Club memberships included.

This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer, then 2 vehicles & 1 trailer allowed. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. CITY OF KEY COLONY BEACH ONLY ALLOWS FOR ONE TRAILER AT A RENTAL PROPERTY.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. MAX BOAT SIZE IS 26FT (30FT TOTAL LENGTH ON DOCK)

This property is “pet friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking. We do ask that you reach out to us prior to booking to inform us of the breed and size of the dog. The pet fee is non refundable and based off the previously stated information. You must disclose the dogs breed as there are breeds that are not covered by insurance. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats allowed at this property.
