"From the moment we checked in, Bret Rogers went out of his way to make our Anniversary stay a memorable one! He upgraded us to a suite, & also decorated our suite with rose petals, gave us charcuterie with champagne, & much more! Also, the entire staff at this 5 star hotel is absolutely amazing! "The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!"

Check-out is not necessary to return the room card and take it directly to Universal Studios. The hotel staff is very nice! I started thinking that the ring was in the room, told the service staff to help find it, and told me that I didn't find it a bit disappointing. Later I found that I was mistaken, and I was in my own bag. Recommend this hotel! perfect!"

"The room is large and the bed is large. It is very convenient to go to Universal Studios, but the room is not on the far side. The coffee machine in the room is kind of American and doesn't like it. The room card can be used as a quick pass for the park, but it may be possible to buy because the Universal Pass has a quick pass, and it is not limited to the number of items, so the hot items still have to be lined up. The hotel pool looked good, but didn't have time to play. There is also a very expensive hotel parking, $28 a day."

Tell me a little bit why I like this hotel so much 1) The room card is the express card which will write the name of each resident and then go to the Universal Studios Park to get rid of the long queue time. Although there is still a long queue, it will be a lot shorter. It ’s worth the unlimited express passes. If you like any item, just brush it a few times. Anyway, two days and two gardens are definitely enough. Please be sure to finish the Spider-Man Minions and the Red Roller Coaster. 2) The traffic in the park is very convenient. Water taxi or walking is really convenient. We did both of them. Water taxi is really convenient if time is right. Walking is fast. It ’s been a long time. I ca n’t remember the details anyway. We do n’t have time to use the swimming pool or anything. But I think everything I see is very good."

"Was here for three nights for a work conference. As a presenter at said conference, Dhruv was a huge help in getting our tech and A/V needs set up ahead of our session. Thank you, Dhruv! When I checked in, Dawson at the front desk was kind & welcoming, and gave me a top-floor room with a lake view. Such a nice treat after a long day of traveling all the way from the west coast with multiple flight delays. This JW Marriott is connected to the Ritz Carlton, where we enjoyed the High Ball & Harvest restaurant twice in two nights (and where Ryan was an excellent server). Finally, in between conference sessions I was able to indulge in a spa treatment at the Ritz Carlton spa. Steven and the front desk of the spa, and Steven my massage therapist, were both incredibly nice and terrific at their jobs! Sadly I was not able to get outside to enjoy the multiple, amazing looking pools at this property. Both the inclement weather and my conference schedule kept me from that, but I plan to return with my family. My kids would love it here! Thank you to Devon at the front desk for being so kind at check-out this morning, who also quickly fixed a mistake on my bill (I was charged for valet service but did not have a car). Thank you to everyone at the Grande Lakes for a wonderful stay."
