- Break the linguine in half and add to the Instant Pot with 3 cups water. To Instant Pot, add alfredo sauce and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine, making sure all the pasta is submerged in liquid.
- Top pasta with the frozen shrimp. Seal and set to high pressure. Cook 5 min., then do a quick pressure release. Change the setting to sauté and let cook 3 min., stirring constantly, to cook down the sauce.
- Into pasta, grate 1 tsp lemon zest from lemon and squeeze 1 tbsp juice, stirring to combine. Serve immediately.

Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Use your garden fresh zucchinis for this light, fresh meal. Garnish with lemon slices and shaved Parmesan cheese if desired.

- 1 jar (15 oz.) Classico® Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 8 oz. fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb. large, peeled and deveined raw shrimp
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
- 1/3 cup dry white wine*
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp and basil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, stirring occasionally. Add wine and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add Pasta Sauce, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Serve hot with cooked pasta.

If I cannot make it in the crock pot, then I am all about meals that can be made in a short time for my family because we are always so busy with the boys.

Back to the recipe of Easy Shrimp Alfredo. All you need to make this quick, delicious meal is pasta. jar of Alfredo sauce or you can make Homemade Alfredo Sauce and some frozen shrimp. I always get deveined and tail off frozen shrimp to make it easier. Cook your pasta according to package directions, heat your Alfredo sauce and place your frozen shrimp into boiling water for 4 minutes.
Once the shrimp has been cooked, drain the water and place back into the pot with 1 tablespoon butter and ½ teaspoon black pepper and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Now all you have to do is layer the on a plate the pasta, sauce and shrimp on top. Now you can enjoy a plate of Easy Shrimp Alfredo Recipe which is a great idea for Lent. - 4 cups prepared pasta
- 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
- 1 bag 10-15 oz bag of frozen shrimp (deveined and tail off)
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While cooking pasta, place jar sauce in a pot and heat up.
In another pot add 3 cups water and bring to a boil.
Add frozen shrimp and cook for 4 minutes; drain water from pot and add shrimp back to pot.
Add in butter and black pepper and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Layer on a plate pasta, sauce and shrimp.
Serve and enjoy!
