Starbucks shift supervisor interview questions and answers

On Tuesday, I interviewed with my SM about becoming a shift supervisor. I thought she'd be making the final decision today on if I or another coworker would get promoted, due to being short several SS's. I came in early for my shift today and asked her about it, and she told me I and my now two competing interviewees would interview with an SM from another store tomorrow. She just moved from our "sister store" to one outside of our district (I think), yet she's still the second interviewer. She is a little bit intimidating and I'm extremely nervous now. I agonized over every syllable out of my mouth with the first interview and now I have to worry about this one. I asked a few people for advice and they said it's just like the first one but I'll be expected to go into greater detail.

I need some tips on how to expand on my answers and what exactly I should expect for questions. What kind of answers will be perk the other SM's ears? What will set me apart from the others? Because those other two are wonderful and certainly deserve it. The only thing I have on them is that I've been with Starbucks longer and I have 100% flexibility/availability. I'm always the go-to for shift-covering and/or switching. My store has had a lot of "bad luck" as we like to say and it's no secret that we struggle and turn over is a little higher. I love Starbucks and genuinely care about the success of my store and lowering that turn over rate by (in part) leading, being a part of and making a better, more productive team that will in turn be more welcoming to green beans.

TL;DR - What questions can I expect? How can I go into greater detail if doing so is not a strength of mine?

Starbucks is known for having an amazing work culture. When it comes to employee development, paying a living wage, amazing benefits, and advancement opportunities, Starbucks is often viewed as the gold standard. In addition to that, they truly live up to their corporate social responsibility statement, and their commitment to D, E, & I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
