The HHS System is a network of county agencies and community partners that support the well-being of all who live, work, and play in Fairfax County. The Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court handles cases involving juveniles and adults involved in disputes concerning support, visitation, parentage or custody of a child and offenses against members of their own family. This court also handles foster care. Associated with the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court is a court service unit which serves the court and facilitates the rehabilitation or treatment of those who come before the court. The Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court staff is available to answer general questions and to assist you as you do business with the Court. However, they cannot give you legal advice.
