The Regional Health Authority is unable to recommend any particular clinic. The fact that a clinic name appears on this list should not be taken as an endorsement by the Region. Practices listed may or may not be directly affiliated with the Region.

The clinics listed below are those practices that wish to be listed on RQHR’s website. Please call clinics to confirm walk-in hours.

Meadow Primary Health Care Centre

Hours: Meadow Primary Health Care Centre is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily, including all Statutory Holidays.

Please call ahead to confirm walk-in hours and provider availability each day. 306-766-6399.

Effective May 2, 2022, walk-in services are available as follows:
Bookings for daytime walk-in (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Bookings for evening walk-in (5 p.m. – 7 p.m.) will begin at 3 p.m.

The clinics offer minor emergency care when patients cannot access their family doctor, do not have a family physician or need urgent care that does not require the use of a hospital emergency room.
