The Bank of America on Frankfort road…

The Bank of America on Frankfort road and midway in Dallas Texas never seems to have bank tellers only on Friday’s, because people are paid then. I need a bank that has teller there every day I cannot get ones out of your ATM’s BOA is a huge bank and should be able to keep a teller 5 days a week it’s bad business it makes me think you do not care about the customer I’m not sure of the date of service.

Predatory and dishonest

Bank of America is the worst company you can bank with. Predatory fees, dishonest staff and trainings, terrible customer service. They are resting on their laurels from a time before the internet when your reputation didn't catch up to you and you could keep ripping people off and continue getting more business through advertising. Run away. They will go down soon.

The absolute worst bank ever

The absolute worst bank ever! Which is why years ago I switched to CHASE for personal banking. CHASE is always accommodating & compassionate. BOA doesn't give a damn about compassion or compromising with their clients in dire situations. Unfortunately, I got stuck with these heartless morons for a car loan. They would rather your children starve than compromise at all. 3+ years of perfect payments but couldn't even defer 1 month payment due to multiple medical emergencies. Stay TF away from this horrendous institution!

Credit account closed without any warning

I had a credit card with Bank of America for more than 8 years and never missed a payment, then suddenly yesterday they closed my account without any warning whatsoever. it was one of my oldest accounts. I'm very disappointed with them. I'm in business with them for more than 10 years and this is how they treat me? Be aware!

BoA puts LONG holds on Business Deposits.

BoA puts a hold on Business Deposits for 5-8 business days! WHY?!? In this day and age, I can use my debit card in another country and it takes 10secs to verify the funds. So please explain to me how a domestic bank-to-bank transaction takes up to 8 days to complete?! When I called BoA support, the only answer I get is: "This is just the way our system is set up." They claim to be a champion of small business owners, yet they have crippled me, leaving me unable to pay my employees because BoA's holding my money hostage. It hasn't even been a month and I'm already closing out my accounts.

Never again B of A!

My credit rating has always been 775+, yet after forty years of holding a B of A credit card they closed my account when my payment was bounced due to no fault of my own. They “invited” me to apply for a new card. Screw that. I’ll never do business with B of A again. So much for being a loyal customer.

XX Century bank in the XXI Century

I have been a client of BOA for 20 years and I stay for the convenience but not because of their website.
They have solid products, premium benefits to clients based on their balance, but doing business with the bank is complicated.
Website is the worst of all major banks, you cannot pay you BOA credit card on the CC screen from your BOA checking account, you must use their BillPay service which is overly complicated, you must "Request permission" to pay your CC in BillPay and takes 2-3 days to respond, often denying you. And when they finally approve you, remember to set AutoPay, other companies allow you to set it up in 10 seconds from the CC screen. I stopped using their credit cards and are using their competitors, it is just so much simpler.
Many tasks have to be done by calling, not emailing, and having to wait 30 minutes while you finish their automated attendant.
Statements are overly saturated with disclaimers and ads, and still made for sending it via US Mail, rather than showing the critical information on page 1.
Many of their credit cards still have foreign transaction fees.
I wish they stopped doing business for the XX century and get with the times and ensure their website and services are up to XXI century expectations.

Been to the BofA at Rampart and Lake…

Been to the BofA at Rampart and Lake Mead many times and you have to wait forever to get to the one and only teller, this was a lunch time where there should be more on hand. I realize many establishments have a limited staff, due to no one wanting to work any more, but having to wait in line for 45 minutes and other staff members walking around, back and forth, and not seeing the line just about out the door, is ridiculous. Many people in line were handicapped and sure their wait time was much longer than mine. Not a good business practice.

I have had multiple fraud claims on my various accounts but this last one was the "icing on the cake." Someone opened a credit card with Bank of America under my name. After receiving a text message regarding my "new credit card", I logged into my bank app and there was this new account added to my profile.

Hurricane Ian

After experiencing hurricane Ian in Florida. I reached out to their upper management to get assistance in securing a credit increase. I spoke with two different representative only to be denied. I wouldn't recommended this institution to anyone! I hope their CEO and VP never experience a major disaster, however if they do my prayers and empathy which I never received!

Why isn’t there a zero

Why isn’t there a zero? That’s wha I’d choose. BA has been taking twice the payments on my mortgage and sent them to my lender for several months, my car payment to Nissan, and insurance now for six months that I no longer have. When I contacted FDIC, they sent the complaint to Bank of America to resolve. They refused to make it right and I ended up calling those lenders and they sent some of the money back. Some I’m still waiting to hear from. 🤬

Truly awful

Truly awful! Avoid like the plague. They have left a single mother unable to get her money out so I’m unable to do a food shop. Absolutely outrageous is an understatement. Customer service seem to have one answer they copy and send to everyone. Once they’ve got their act together I’ll be getting my money out and closing the account.. If not for fund labllc c om/ that i discovered recently i'd be in so much debt

Do not use this bank for business…

Do not use this bank for business needs, if you ever have an issue, there is no one to help you. Also with personal accounts for that matter. Get paid through other means than a check? That means you get a fee! Even if you far exceed the bank minimum. I especially like that after you've been on hold for hours, and they tell you they can't help you (wire recall for business), they ask you to fill out a survey, so that's what I am doing.
