Why aha app is not working in tv

Hi guys,

Aha telugu ott app is not working since yesterday. Its saying to link profile, and when i click it says to choose profile and nothing appears. And when i click on log off it buffers and buffers but nothing happens.

I tried deleting and re installing the app, still login screen is not displayed

Any help is highly appreciated

Hi , 

I have issues using aha app on my lg smart tv, except this application for which the video gets struck every second . Please let me know what can be done to fix this?

I have AHA app on my LG C1. What seems to be the issue? I can check on my tv.

Hi Ganesh,

Since you have mentioned, only Aha app is getting stuck, I guess your internet speed is good as other streaming app are fine. So, it could be problem with the Aha app, may be a fresh installation can help you, here are the steps you can try

• Uninstall the Aha app in your LG Smart TV.
• Log-in to your Aha account either with mobile app or web browser (not in the TV).
• Navigate to

   and remove clear all the instance of lgwebostv and any other instance that you think are not necessary. 
• Re-install the app in you LG Smart TV.
• Link the account and hope it resolves the issue.

Fallowing these steps helped me resolve another issue for me, previously.

    I have been struggling with the Tidal App on my LG C1. You play music, but it random stops playing. Both on Wired connection and WiFi connect. I basically can't listen to any full song, without the audio randomly stopping.

    I have completed my first TV app. It does its job very well: display on the TV, in REAL TIME, the GPS track of my excursions in the mountains. From home my family can therefore follow me, for my safety since I almost always go alone in the mountains.
    The next step would be to switch from the "developer" mode (the current one) to a "production" one.
    But I think that the LG store does not accept this app because it is too personal: it is not a video game with 10000 downloads!
    Furthermore, they could object to privacy issues.
    So how to make this app "definitive" (installed on 2 or 3 TVs at the most) without having to renew the extension of the developer mode every 40/50 hours ?
    Is there no other way than going through the LG market?
