Asked by jvalencia May 19, 2017 at 10:50 AM about the 2000 Toyota Tundra V8 SR5 2 Door LB 4WD Question type: Maintenance & Repair where is the cam sensor located 4 AnswersIf the timing belt was just done or is overdue, you may have belt issues. The cam sensor is under the timing cover by the cam. Remove upper plastic timing cover and you will see it. If you wanna test it, minimum resistance is 835 ohms and maximum is 1400 ohms and you measure it with engine cold. 10 people found this helpful.
