I have a number of home blood pressure monitors (because I base my medications on the readings). Accuracy is tough. Lately when both my Omron and Panasonic were not accurate (based on readings at the doctor's office) I went to consumer reports and they recommended this one. It is much cheaper on Amazon than on the CVS website or in the store and it came quickly. I took it to my cardiologist's office and it was very accurate so I use this one as the gold standard to check the others (when I want to use the others for some reason). I can certainly highly recommend it.
