After a lot of effort we realized that we needed a king room since our children would kotbaleepwithout us. After calling the front desk they not only were able to give us a king room but they put us two rooms down from where we were and brought the keys up to trade. They made our first time in a hotel with the kids go much more smoothly. Cons:The underground garage while.nice will be much better once renovations are done. It definitely needs spruced up. Pros:The location was a stone's throw from 376 so it was convenient for traveling downtown. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a free breakfast. Pros:The room was clean and updated, had a fridge/microwave/kurig all very needed! Frent desk/ housekeeping Staff were super friendly and helpful. The ladies helping with breakfast were happy to help assist us with requests and had great positive attitude! We've never stay at Holiday Inn before but I was so satisfied with our stay we will definitely be booking with you guys again! Pros:The shuttle around town was great. Pros:The location was very convenient. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the ballpark. The shuttle service to the downtown area was great. This is a good location to stay when going to a ballgame in Pittsburgh. Pros:clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful Cons:difficult to find Pros:Comfortable beds, quiet location, good overall selection at breakfast. Cons:Location was not ideal while the highway nearby is under construction - lots of traffic on the side streets. Pros:The hotel was very clean with a good breakfast Cons:Was in town for the Steelers game. Public transit and access in Pittsburgh (in general) is a big pain and the location of the hotel doesn't help even though it is relatively close to downtown. The shuttle never ran on time and therefor made other arrangements for my airport run as I was worried I would be late. Pros:The staff is very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable Cons:breakfast is okay, way too much plastic Pros:Easy access, quick check-in, and clean room.
