Great product. Works like magic. Reasonable price and does wonders. Ill let the photos of before and after speak for themselves. I soaked all whites in tub for 6 hourse as clearly my whites were over bleached for years and dingy. After soaking, i then washed with oxi and a detergent. Now white and clean

I use this when washing my white BJJ gi's. I feel like it keeps them whiter even after all the sweat on them from class.

I bought this for white shirts, but since I hate doing laundry I never actually got around to using this for that purpose. Yes, I did add a cup of powder here and there to some batches of laundry, but I never really did see any whitening effect when used as a pre-wash additive. I think I am wasting money with that use so I just stopped. I have yet to try it as a soak, and I have a feeling it would work.

I did, however, use this as a sink soak. I live in an apartment with a white kitchen sink. I hate it. I cook Asian food and prepare kimchi all the time, so my kitchen sink ends up with blotches of orange and random color stains after 2 weeks. Even scrubbing won't remove them.

Once a month, I don my gloves, create a paste with this powder, and slather the sink with it. I leave it for an hour. (DO NOT FORGET THE GLOVES! This will ruin your skin.) I come back with the gloves, grab a small rag, scrub a bit, and rinse. Presto, instant gleaming white sink with no stains. It is PERFECT for this use. I was ecstatic when I found out because I tried vinegar, I tried baking soda, I tried every imaginable substance known to mankind. But all it takes is this powder to remove color stains from a white kitchen sink.

A word of advice, do not just sprinkle the powder on a dry sink, It will never work as the product will never activate. It has to be wet. But not soaking wet that it just flows down the drain. This is why a paste-like consistency is the key. One doesn't need to cover the entire sink with an inch of paste for it to work too. Just a light brush with a gloved hand would do the trick, which would save you money in the long run.

I will definitely buy this again, even for just this purpose alone. For sure it will also work on white grout, tables, and other surfaces that have some absorbent capabilities.

Chemist here: I plead you not to use chlorinated bleach for any reason other than directed by a professional. I strongly advise trying products, like this, before chlorinated bleach. Please, hear this out. It, literally, might save your life... You know how if you have a grease fire, putting almost anything on it to stop it will result in way higher flames—especially if you pour water on it! Well, chlorinated bleach is basically the exact opposite; ONLY mix it with water... If you don’t, you could literally create mustard gas, amongst a myriad of lethal gases and/or cause life long harm. By the way, all of you reading this have purposefully done chemistry in some way. Cooking? Chemistry. Cleaning? Chemistry. Using a washer w/ detergent(s)? Chemistry...When you are using most cleaners, they contain the types of chemicals scientists use-with caution-for various things. Anyways, while chlorinated bleach is one of the most reactive common cleaners: I wholeheartedly urge you to read what can safely be mixed with what. Often times, the biggest ‘do not mix with’ is right on the bottles. But, it’s not always apparent if something contains, say, ammonia—which is a common one. Coincidentally, do not mix this product with ammonia.
Ammonia can be found in a lot of things ‘naturally’. The natural scent of healthy urine smells the way it does is because of the amount ammonia present. You might notice if you’ve been dehydrated, you can smell it more. This is generally because there is more ammonia present...So, if a cleaner/detergent smells like urine, it might contain ammonia. But, please, look it up anyways. Also, I really like this particular detergent lol. For spot stains: Zout almost always gets it out. My apologies for being preachy...It’s just: knowledgeable cleaning might preemptively save you and your loved ones. Thank you for reading—truly, and sincerely.

Got this product today and immediately put it to the test. I had several english saddle pads that should be a crisp white, but had seen a lot of use and were a grungy, dirty brown in several spots, especially on the back side that touched the horse's back. The worse one had not been washed in a good, long while and looked like it had seen better days - I was not optimistic. I soaked the worse of them, but I don't think I used enough, as I soaked them in the sink and ended up needing several gallons of water to fully submerge the pad. With one scoop needed for each gallon of water, I wasted a ton of OxiClean on just the soak for that one. After six hours and not seeing a lot of difference, I decided to just put it in the washer with two scoops of White Revive and ran it on a "bright whites" setting and that seemed to do much more than the soak did. It came out greatly improved! The other three that just went in the wash (didn't get soaked) came out super crisp and clean. I was quite pleased with how well this product worked. I did make a point to do extra rinses on them, as the product has a mild scent/residue that could irritate sensitive skin. However I am really surprised this worked as well as it did.

It seems to keep our whites white but the clothes has to soak in it for 6 hours. I have to start the soak before bed then wake up and start wash. So far so good though. I haven't seen any new holes or yellowing.

My family has been complaining about our white shirts not getting white enough so I bought this. I think it's helping.
