Eye cream1 Not a fan of this. It leaves a white residue. It burned my skin. It leaves your eyes feeling really dry. Report this review My most important product!5 I’m in my 60’s but often mistaken for being much younger. I’m blessed with pretty good skin but under eye bags have been an issue for years ( that is until I found this product). The trick is to use very little , I “ cradle” the tube in my right hand ( seems to give me best control) and squeeze 2 very small amts onto top of my left hand .; using 1 finger; pat gently under each eye. Using too much turns into a mess so the product lasts does last a long time! Pretty sure I look 15 years older without this product!! Simple as that! As soon as it dries, in under 5 mts, you will be truly amazed! I. The last month I have been asked if I am a twin to my sister who is 10 years younger, believe me this has never happened since using this product. Report this review Pity. Save Your Money!1 I purchased this thinking I'd found my miracle eye cream for my baggy, droopy eyes. It worked great, that is until it dried leaving a white residue. Once you wipe away the residue, of course you wipe away the effect. I tried all the suggestions on the box, but nothing worked. If they could modify the formula to ditch the chalky white residue, I'd love this stuff. For now? I'll stick with Oil of Olay and my baggy eyes. light (1) Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you prefer to use eye cream, allow the product to fully absorb and dry. (2) Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand. (3) Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto a completely dry eye area for best results. (4) Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto the under-eye area, crow’s feet, “11” lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid). (5) Let the product dry for approximately 3 to 5 minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile. (6) If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges. (7) Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life changer. I bought this after seeing the jaw-dropping video by "Trinidad" on Instagram/YouTube. The product has changed my life -- subtracts at least 10 years from my under-eyes. It also seems to be long-term taming the bags and malar mounds that were left there after a not-so-well-done bilateral upper eye blepharoplasty. Yes, the egg-white effect happens occasionally, so I just wash it off and apply the product again. It seems to help if I gently rub it several times across my under-eye area rather than just apply it and swipe once. Also, powder will sit on top of it if I feel that I need a concealer. No matter how many times Peter says you can wear it over or under your makeup...you cannot. As soon as another product touches the firmx, your eye bags return immediately. 1. PLEASE figure out something with the formulation so we can wear foundation on top of it. 2. PLEASE figure out how to reformulate so no more white marks. As soon as you use Qtip with water, the eye bags return immediately.. That said, please know I am very grateful for this product. My confidence goes through the roof when wearing firmx. When I first tried this instant firmX eye ... I thought it was a miracle.... it only took a few times to see I have bright white smudges .. like egg whites under my eyes!!!! I am a cosmetologist and have tried every trick in the book ( vit E oil...mixing foundation w/ firm X...anything u put over it dilutes it & breaks the bond. Yes. A tinted version would be fabulous. I opened one tube and tried it 3 times. I did care for the white film it left even though I tried to use a very small amount it still left a white film. I gave it to my sister and told her to try and she could keep it that i would return the unopened one. I sent an email 10 days ago requesting a return process and still have not heard from them. The company says it can be returned and because I am having such trouble returning it I cannot recommend this product. Unfortunately, no matter how thin I apply (and using the requisite makeup brush), I end up with unsightly white residue after the product is completely dry. When applying foundation on top it moistens the product and causes white peeling. More flaky white appears over the course of a few hours. Very expensive for a poor quality product. Would not recommend. Wasted close to $50 on small size. Now it just sits in the cabinet. Wish I could return it. I had high hopes but extremely disappointed. I apply it to clean under eye skin, dabbing upwards, using a very small amount. After it dries I rub in my sunscreen just to the very edge of the Firm X. I get to wear my sunscreen and my FirmX. I am 58 years old, I love Botox and fillers, but NOTHING I can get for free from my boss works the way FirmX does. This is not a substitute for Botox or a filler, but it is the frosting on the cake. I LOVE LOVE LOVE and my boss even said, hey your skin looks amazing! So now I have this product on my Iphone and after my clients are happy with their treatment or surgery I mention the FirmX and they are thrilled. This product priced well and worth every dollar. The only downfall: I have to choose between it and concealer. I've heard other reviewers suggest mixing it with concealer, but I haven't managed to make that work for me. If PTR ever comes out with a product that combines the two - Firmx Eye and concealer - they will rule the eye treatment world.
