 Show 4.0 out of 5 stars Some thoughts Just got today, used three times now. A few initial thoughts:- the mesh trays seems a little flimsy. They are abrasive and difficult to clean- QR code on back does not take you to website as described in booklet, where they offered an additional three month warranty. Just don't offer something that doesn't work- hinges that hold the door, appear to be plastic. Seems like a bad idea for something that will be used to open and close the door consistently. I don't think I would have bought knowing this- user interface makes sense, but is not overly clear. One can figure it out, but some of the controls did not make sense to me- overall design. Should have some recessed handles to make storage easierFryer, in terms of making something crispy, does work well. When trying to preheat or cook the whole thing just shuts down! It's extremely frustrated to have spent this money for such a low quality, unreliable machine with extremely limited warranty - only one month warranty for refund and and limited 3 month warranty ended in October 2021.
