Pros:24 hour front desk, very friendly staff

Pros:The staff was attentive and helpful. The grounds were clean.

Cons:The building is getting old and needs some work. Paint peeling and small details need addressed.

Pros:As a Marriott Platinum Elite I was greeted as SPG elite, better than I was at any Marriott property. Overall best staff at the front desk I have ever seen. Also there were multiple soccer teams from Idaho in the hotel and everything was great. I usually dread when there are lots of youth teams in a hotel.

Cons:Building is ready for an upgrade. Everything was spotless but design was aging.

Pros:Room & service was great. Very friendly staff & pleasant. I would definitely recommend this facility for all types of travel.

Cons:Only issue was dust in hard to reach places. Shirt fell behind the couch & was literally covered with dust

Cons:it was hard to find hrs of operations for.... the pool, waterslide, and other services the hotel provided.

Pros:The beds were very nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any question or request. They helped me out when the computer printer was not working by allowing me to email my document to them so they could print it in the hotel office.

Cons:The room needed a thorough cleaning, more than the daily clean by housekeeping. The closet doors were grungy and the hair dryer was covered in dust. One of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and the light in the entry hall was dim. There are no food vending machines, so after the little cafe downstairs is closed, your only option is room service. When we were there, the soda vending machines would not accept bills. I needed to print out something from my computer, but their network printer did not work.
