Loved that the unit was plenty big enough for 5 of us with two bedrooms and sofa bed. The unit was clean inside. Had some minor inconveniences: Air condition is controlled by Westgate. It was warm over night and the air never kicked on since it was springtime and they expected it to be cooler. It was 78 in the unit when we woke up. The wifi did not work most of the time. The actual check-in was great and the fellow who helped me was wonderful. But there was no WiFi working in the room, so I called twice (2 hours apart) to report this but it was never resolved. I ended up using my cellular data to get work done. Then the fire alarm goes off at 10:30pm for 10 minutes, but I just sit through and figure it will go away...and eventually it does. So then I get ready for bed and lay down, and at 11:40pm the alarm starts all over. At this point all the kids in the building are up and running/screaming through the breezeways, so there's no way to sleep, and also still no WiFi to stream anything or check emails, so I literally left at midnight and just drove back home for 2 hours and cancelled all my Friday Orlando plans. In 15 years of constant work travel to all sorts of locales domestic and foreign, this is only the 2nd time I've had to leave a hotel mid-evening because the experience was so rough. But this was my mistake for trying to stay near the action; for travelers needing peace and working amenities you should look at locations a bit more isolated where things aren't so hectic and off-the-rails.
